Set within a lush garden enclave in Horseshoe Village, Lemuria Fine Dining welcomed members of the media and select guests on March 19, 2026, for an intimate gathering titled “Lemuria: An Evening in Bloom.”
The event featured a curated selection of the restaurant’s best-selling dishes—long favored by loyal patrons—while introducing its newest event spaces designed for private celebrations and special occasions.
Held at the newly unveiled Fleur de Lis, the gathering reflected Lemuria’s signature charm and understated sophistication. Surrounded by a serene garden setting, guests experienced an atmosphere that blends refined dining with warmth and exclusivity.

Dinner was complemented by Antipodes, a premium bottled water imported from New Zealand and exclusively distributed in the Philippines by Lemuria’s owners. The partnership underscores the restaurant’s commitment to thoughtfully sourced global products that elevate the dining experience.
Guests were treated to dishes prepared by Executive Chef Kevin Endaya, whose culinary philosophy emphasizes balance, refinement, and seasonality.
“At Lemuria, dining has always been about more than what’s on the plate—it’s about the experience and the moments shared,” said Endaya. “With Fleur de Lis and our private dining spaces, we wanted to create environments where guests can celebrate life’s milestones in a setting that feels intimate, beautiful, and memorable.”

A new garden venue for celebrations
The highlight of the evening was the introduction of Fleur de Lis, a garden venue that can accommodate up to 70 guests—ideal for milestone birthdays, anniversaries, private dinners, and corporate gatherings.
Framed by lush surroundings, the space reflects Lemuria’s timeless aesthetic, where European-inspired architecture meets the tranquility of nature.
Fleur de Lis joins Lemuria’s existing private dining spaces:
- Main Dining Room – up to 26 guests
- Lavender Room – up to 30 guests
- Papillon – up to 10 guests
Together, these venues position Lemuria as a destination for both intimate and mid-sized events within a distinctive garden setting.

Approaching a milestone year
The event comes ahead of Lemuria’s 20th anniversary in June 2026. Over the past two decades, the restaurant has built a loyal following for its refined French Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, attentive service, and romantic ambiance—earning its reputation as a premier destination for special occasions.
