His expertise shines in the complex, balanced profiles of Thai cuisine, particularly his masterful renditions of Tom Yum in both red and clear varieties.


Guests will be treated to a curated selection of Thailand’s most beloved staples, including the zesty Som Tum Thai (Papaya Salad), the savory Khao Pad Poo (Crab Fried Rice), and the iconic Tom Yum Goong (Hot and Sour Shrimp Soup). Each dish is a testament to the chef’s focus on highlighting the flavor profiles that define authentic Thai cooking.
