PCSO Distributes Charitimba and Wheelchairs in Capiz

The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) extended assistance to the municipalities of Maayon and Panitan in the province of Capiz on January 21, 2026, through the distribution of Charitimba and wheelchairs to senior citizens, persons with disabilities (PWDs), and solo parents in the area.

The activity was led by PCSO Director Jennifer Liongson-Guevara, in coordination with the PCSO Capiz Branch Office headed by Branch Head Rogelio Tubongbanua Jr., together with selected personnel from the PCSO Main Office in Mandaluyong City.

In Maayon, Capiz, the distribution was carried out in partnership with the local government led by Mayor Raymond D. Malapajo, Vice Mayor Jose Dapulaza, and ABC President Ramil Malapajo, where 1,000 Charitimba and 30 wheelchairs were distributed to beneficiaries. Meanwhile, in Panitan, Capiz, PCSO collaborated with the local government led by Mayor Katherine Dequina-Belo and Vice Mayor Audie Advincula, where another 1,000 Charitimba and 30 wheelchairs were also distributed to the same sectors.A group of people standing in wheelchairs

The activity forms part of PCSO’s continuing programs aimed at providing assistance and compassion to Filipinos who are most in need.
