The development of The Golf Range marks another milestone in the transformation of Biz Hub at LIMA Estate—a 70-hectare district that seamlessly integrates commercial, office, retail, institutional, hospitality, and recreational spaces. This integrated hub complements LIMA Estate’s strong industrial base, which includes more than 180 locators and 75,000 employees.
Uptake at Biz Hub has been swift, with Phase 1 already fully sold out. Strong demand continues to drive growth, with additional inventory now available as part of the ongoing 40-hectare expansion.
