After hailing as champions in the recent MPL PH Season 15 and qualifying for the SIBOL National Team as the ML:BB representatives for the 33rd SEA Games, Team Liquid PH intends to extend their winning highs.
Team Liquid PH will open up the 2025 Mid-Season Cup against MENA’s representative Ultra Legends.
For TLPH Jungler Karl ‘Karltzy’ Nepomuceno, the tournament holds greater weight for him personally, as the MSC trophy is the only one missing from his accolades as a professional ML:BB player.
“The thing I want to win the most is the MSC. Even if I become an (MPL) champion, if I’m not able to win MSC, it just becomes a cycle once again. That’s why I really want the MSC (title),” Karltzy said in Filipino.
During the SIBOL IESF Press Conference, Sanford ‘Sanford’ Vinuya shared the team’s preparations for the tournament.
“We doubled down on our scrims and practices. We studied carefully the meta as well for possible pocket picks we may encounter in the tournament,” Sanford said.
