Altas try to repeat vs Bombers, clinch quarterfinal series 

The Perpetual Help Altas aim to clinch their quarterfinals series when they face the Jose Rizal University Heavy Bombers on Thursday in the #NCAASeason101 men’s basketball tournament at 11 a.m. at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.

Perpetual Help defeated coach Nani Epondulan’s Bombers in the elims by a score of 71-65 and will want to repeat the win, with Patrick Sleat, Mark Gojo Cruz, John Cedrick Abis, John Paul Boral, Jearico Nuñez, Josh Alcantara, Allen Maglupay and LA Casinillo all determined to keep the Altas in contention.

Meanwhile, San Beda and Lyceum face off at 2:30 p.m., with the Red Lions holding a twice-to-beat advantage.
