Comedian Ate Gay revealed that Heart Evangelista has been one of the key people supporting her battle with cancer.
On Tuesday, March 31, Ate Gay said in an interview on “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,” that Heart has been helping with her daily expenses.
“Napakabuti ni Heart,” sabi ni Ate Gay. “Si Ma’am Heart, ayun ay nakilala kong may gintong kutsara sa labi,” the comedian said.
Ate Gay also shared that Heart’s team reached out to her after she made her illness public, adding that the actress even offered to bring her to Singapore for treatment.
Ate Gay also acknowledged other personalities who helped her during her illness, including Chaye Cabal-Revilla, who covered the hospitalization and treatments, including immunotherapy sessions.
The comedian mentioned several others extended support, including Coco Martin, Jolo Revilla, Mark Lapid, Lito Lapid, and Allan K.
“Nakita ko silang lahat sa panahon na kailangan ko sila,” Ate Gay said.
Ate Gay previously revealed in 2025 that she was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer and has since undergone radiation and chemotherapy treatment.
