GMA Network, through GMA Regional TV (RTV), will join Bacolod City’s 46th MassKara Festival with a weekend of entertainment and special coverage beginning today, Oct. 18.
The celebration opens with back-to-back Kapuso Mall Shows featuring the network’s top talents. At 3:00 p.m., the cast of Encantadia Chronicles: Sang’gre—Faith da Silva, Angel Guardian, Kelvin Miranda, and Bianca Umali—will perform at Robinsons Bacolod.
Later at 6:00 p.m., another star-studded event at SM City Bacolod will feature Cassy and Mavy Legaspi from Hating Kapatid, along with David Licauco and Raheel Bhyria of the upcoming series Never Say Die, and Sparkle artist Dustin Yu.
“GMA Network, through GMA Regional TV, is excited to join the Bacolodnons in celebrating the 2025 MassKara Festival, a true showcase of the city’s resilience, spirit, and heritage,” said Oliver Victor B. Amoroso, senior vice president and head of GMA Integrated News, Regional TV, and Synergy.
He added that RTV remains committed to bringing Kapuso artists closer to their audiences and highlighting the festive energy of the City of Smiles through on-ground, on-air, and digital platforms.
The festivities continue tomorrow, Oct. 19, with the MassKara Festival 2025: GMA Regional TV Special Coverage featuring the Dance Arena Competition, livestreamed at 1:30 p.m. via www.gmaregionaltv.com and on the official social media pages of GMA Regional TV, GMA Regional TV News, and GMA Integrated News.
