Pueblo de Oro Development Corp. (PDO) has once again secured its place among the Top 10 Developers in South Luzon, as recognized by the Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF) during the recent Pag-IBIG Fund Stakeholders’ Accomplishment Report (StAR) Awards held at Conrad Manila in Pasay City.

This annual event highlights the achievements of top developers in the South Luzon region and serves as a platform for Pag-IBIG Fund to acknowledge key stakeholders for their outstanding contributions to housing development.

Since 2018, Pueblo de Oro Batangas has consistently ranked among the Top 10 South Luzon Developers. In 2024, the company recorded a total of P595 million in loan takeouts to the Fund.

“We are deeply honored to be recognized once again as one of the Top Developers in South Luzon, reaffirming our commitment to supporting the mission of the Pag-IBIG Fund,” said Prim Nolido, PDO president and chief operating officer.

“As we celebrate our 30th anniversary, this accolade inspires us to continue expanding our portfolio of sustainable and inclusive communities, not only for the citizens of South Luzon but for the benefit of Filipino home buyers nationwide,” he added.

A member of the ICCP Group, Pueblo de Oro has made substantial investments in Batangas, including the developments of Park Place Batangas and La Aldea del Monte in the City of Sto. Tomas, as well as PDO Townscapes Malvar, a mixed-use township in the Municipality of Malvar.

Further reinforcing its commitment to sustainable development, Pueblo de Oro recently launched new communities in the province: PDO Courtyards Lipa in the City of Lipa and PDO Westwoods Heights in Batangas City.
