Alliance of Concerned Teachers (ACT) party-list Rep. Antonio Tinio warned Filipinos on Wednesday not to commit the same mistake of voting another Duterte in office after Vice President Sara Duterte announced her 2028 presidential bid.
In a press conference on the sidelines of preparations marking the 40th EDSA anniversary, Tinio clapped back at the vice president for claiming that the impeachment bids against her were just politicking.
“Sino rito ang unang-unang namumulitika e 2026 pa lang nag-anunsyo na na tatakbo siyang presidente? So, ipinapakita na wala siyang inatupag kundi ang pamumulitika… Huwag na magpabudol ang taumbayan,” he said.
