Senate President Vicente ‘Tito’ Sotto III dismissed the latest diatribe of the Chinese Embassy against him after defending the recent resolution of the upper chamber, denouncing the undiplomatic and rude statements of its officials against Philippine authorities.
In a message to reporters on Thursday morning, Sotto refused to dignify Chinese Embassy spokesperson Ji Lingpeng’s remark with another comment, opting to disengage with the latter who doesn’t seem to understand what the senators meant.
