Mercedes-Benz Cebu Under New Management

Gateway Motors Group has been appointed as the new principal dealer for Mercedes-Benz in Cebu, effective last August 1. The appointment was made by the brand’s official PH distributor IC Star Automotive. Gateway, which has deep roots in Cebu, has pledged to honor all existing service commitments, warranties, and aftersales arrangements, ensuring a seamless transition for Mercedes-Benz customers. To initially kick off its new operations, Gateway launched a pop-up display at Nustar Resort and Casino last August 6, which will run until the new Mercedes-Benz Cebu office on Ouano Avenue in Mandaue is completed. A temporary service center has also been established at V. Rama Street corner Pablo Abella Street in Cebu City to provide continuous support to customers.
