NLEX corporation extends relief to flood-affected communities

NLEX Corporation promptly initiated relief efforts for local government units (LGUs) and host communities significantly impacted by the recent Southwest Monsoon (Habagat). The tollway company has distributed essential aid, including 160 boxes of canned goods and 250 boxes of instant noodles to Valenzuela LGU, led by Mayor Wes Gatchalian. In Manila, fifty sacks of rice were handed over to Mayor Isko Moreno Domagoso for city residents, with host communities in Tondo, Sampaloc, Sta. Cruz, and Sta. Mesa also receiving assistance. Quezon City additionally received fifty sacks of rice to aid flood-affected households. Despite ongoing rains and a new tropical depression, NLEX Corporation continues its distribution, aiming to reach a total of eight LGUs and 79 NLEX-SCTEX-NLEX Connector host barangays.
