THE Southern Police District (SPD) chalked up significant gains in crime prevention with the arrest of at least 20 fugitives during heightened police operations carried out last Dec. 22-28.
The operations, carried out across the SPD’s area of responsibility, signified a proactive approach to strengthening public safety and maintaining order in the district.
The high-profile wanted individuals include one alias “Roderick,” tagged as the Top 2 Most Wanted Person in Makati City. He faces two counts of qualified rape of a minor, with the Family Court of Taguig City recommending no bail.
Also arrested were “Carlo” and “Wolfrando,” listed as No. 10 and 9, respectively, in the list of most wanted persons in Taguig City, and the alias “George” of Pasay City, classified as No. 2. J
