Criminal, admin cases vs. HPG officer

PNP-HPG Director Brig. Gen. Hansel Marantan said criminal and administrative cases have been filed against Col. Helson Walin.

Marantan said Walin faces charges of physical injury and grave threats.

The cases stem from allegations that Walin assaulted a patrolman and threatened the victim with a firearm.

The criminal case has been filed before the Quezon City prosecutor’s office.

The administrative case, Marantan said, is now with the Internal Affairs Service.
