The National Housing Authority (NHA) in Region 6 turned over 104 housing units under its Government Employees Housing Program in the 7.3-hectare Masskara Village in Negros Occidental.
NHA Region 6 manager Rizalino Cabahug, representing general manager Joeben Tai, led the ceremonial key distribution to qualified beneficiaries in Barangay Sum-ag, Bacolod City.
The project is expected to include 500 two-storey duplex units, each with a 60-square-meter floor area, aimed at expanding access to affordable housing.

The project is offered through NHA and Pag-IBIG financing schemes, with Tai reaffirming the agency’s commitment to complete remaining units and deliver safe, affordable homes.
