Silliman University (SU) is inviting all graduating senior high school students in Dumaguete City to the City-Wide College Fair on October 8, at the university’s gymnasium from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., to showcase SU’s array of academic programs, vibrant campus life, and scholarship opportunities.
In a statement, SU’s administration said the College Fair aims to help students make informed choices about their higher education journey by exploring potential degree programs and meeting faculty and student representatives from different colleges and departments.
The program will also feature special performances from Silliman University’s most beloved performing groups. Participating schools are encouraged to coordinate with the SU Marketing and Recruitment Team, headed by Yolanda Elenita Luz Maxino, Head of the Admissions Office, via recruitment@su.edu.ph.
The City-Wide College Fair is made possible through the collaboration of several Silliman University units: the Senior High School Department, Finance Office, Office of Quality Instruction and Excellence, Office of Student Services, Office of Media and Public Affairs, Information and Communications Technology Division, Instructional Media and Technology Center, and Facilities Management and Administrative Services.
This initiative underscores SU’s commitment to guiding future college students as they prepare for the next stage of their academic journey, the university’s administration said.
