Class suspensions for October 21 due to “Kristine”

Local Government Units (LGU) in different parts of the country declared suspension of classes on Monday, October 21 due to bad weather brought by Tropical Depression “Kristine.”

Heavy rainfall warning No.3 is hoisted over Laguna and Quezon which indicates a high likelihood of flooding in flood-prone areas. 

Meanwhile, light to moderate rains are expected to hit  Bulacan, Metro Manila, Batangas and Cavite in the next three hours.

The state weather bureau has issued an advisory for the public and the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Offices concerned to monitor the weather condition and anticipate its next warning at 11 a.m. today.
