A week after announcing his Health, Opportunities, Peace and Education (H.O.P.E) platform, Rep. Brian Raymund Yamsuan continued the delivery of this reform agenda for Parañaque’s 2nd district with the rollout of his Bigay Ayuda at Oportunidad sa Nakababata (BAON) program.
BAON aims to initially benefit 1,000 Parañaque District 2 residents aged 18 years old and above who are enrolled in senior high school, college and the Alternative Learning System (ALS) of the Department of Education (DepEd).
The program provides a one-time P5,000 cash aid for each qualified beneficiary to help cover educational expenses, Yamsuan said.
For academic achievers like Dean’s Listers or those with High Honors, they will receive P10,000 under the BAON program as their reward, he added.
Yamsuan, who currently represents the Bicol Saro Party-list in the 19th Congress, has filed his candidacy on Oct. 1 as an independent bet for Representative of Parañaque’s 2nd District in the May 2025 midterm elections.
