THE Army Artillery Regiment has joined forces with various stakeholders to promote environmental sustainability and contribute to the nation’s food security.
The initiative involved a tree planting activity led by Col. Archie Ares to formalize the advocacy.

Some 800 assorted fruit-tree saplings were planted at the AAR Expansion Area, Brgy Sagana, Laur, Nueva Ecija.
Volunteers from the College for Research and Technology (CRT), Cabanatuan City Metro Lions Club, 301st CDC, RCDG, RESCOM, PA, and the 1st Nueva Ecija Field Artillery Ready Reserve Battery came together to support activity.
The event was spearheaded by Lt. Col. Reynato Arimbuyutan, the focal person of multi-sector community partners (MSCP) of the unit.
