Enabling young Pinoys to live digital life with purpose

Scrolling, streaming, and gaming are now helping support social and environmental causes through Globe Prepaid’s GoGIVE program, which enables young Filipinos to create positive change through their everyday mobile use.

Launched in March 2025, GoGIVE allows subscribers to earn “hearts” every time they use mobile data for online activities. These hearts are then converted into support for partner organizations working on various advocacies.

“We understand that today’s youth want to make a difference, but they need solutions that fit their lifestyle,” said Givielle Florida, head of Globe Prepaid. “GoGIVE easily integrates into their daily routines, allowing them to be changemakers through the technology they love.”

Since its launch, the program has generated 2.7 billion hearts from over 37,000 contributors, with participation continuing to grow. Current partner groups include Project PEARLS, World Vision Philippines, the Philippine Eagle Foundation, the PGH Medical Foundation, Inc., and the Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS).

Following the successful completion of PAWS’ initial goals, GoGIVE is focusing its support on Project PEARLS, World Vision Philippines, the Philippine Eagle Foundation, and the PGH Medical Foundation.

Globe Prepaid customers can join by downloading the GlobeOne app, tapping the GoGIVE icon, and choosing their preferred advocacy.

The initiative reflects Globe’s ongoing commitment to sustainability and social responsibility, encouraging users to “Go Forward Together” and reminding them that even small digital actions can lead to meaningful impact offline.
