Pet Express and SM Green Finds are encouraging pet owners to adopt more sustainable practices with eco-friendly products available in select SM Stores.
The Green Finds badge highlights items that reduce environmental impact, including organic food, biodegradable waste bags, grooming products with natural ingredients, and accessories made from recycled or eco-friendly materials.
Among the items available are the Bamboo Ball Pin Brush, made entirely from natural bamboo wood, and organic, grain-free pet food from Aozi, which offers flavors such as beef, lamb, beef and liver, chicken and liver, and chicken and lamb and liver.
Pet Express stores also feature natural grooming products designed to be gentle on pets and environmentally friendly. At SM Aura, the Treatos by the Gram section offers mix-and-match dehydrated treats from Joey’s Treatos.
For waste management, products include Signature 7 Tofu Green Tea Cat Litter and M-Pets Bamboo Cat Litter, both made from eco-friendly bamboo, as well as Earth Rated biodegradable bags made with 65 percent certified post-consumer recycled plastic.
Pet Express said sustainable pet care is not about perfection but progress, with small choices like switching to bamboo brushes or opting for minimal packaging contributing to a positive environmental impact.
