Empowering ‘committed dreamers’ through structured growth

Ascendra International’s leadership team opened up about their mission to professionalize and modernize the multi-level marketing (MLM) industry.

During its launch on June 30, Ascendra CEO Engr. Jurgen Daniel Gonzales and Chief Strategy Officer Joseph Lim discussed Ascendra’s approach to empowering “committed dreamers” through structured learning, real-world tools, and ethical business practices.

“People think you have to struggle to succeed in multi-level marketing (MLM). At Ascendra, we’re simplifying that path. We want people to grow with a partner, not feel like they’re climbing alone,” said Lim.

Asked about the significance behind the company’s name and branding, the founders explained that “Ascendra” stems from the phrase “ascend to a new era.” The orange-themed identity, they said, represents joy, warmth, and renewed hope in the business.

“Our goal is to shift the conversation. We’re not about hype. We’re about mastery, vitality, and protection—our MVP framework that covers education, health, and financial security,” Gonzales added.

Through the MVP model, members gain access to learning programs, wellness products, and insurance benefits.

“It’s not just about selling. We’re giving them tools to sustain their business and life,” Lim explained.

The leadership also stressed inclusivity, noting that anyone—from students to seasoned professionals—can join.

“We don’t look at educational background. What matters is the willingness to grow,” Gonzales said, adding that trainings and orientation sessions are already being held nationwide.

When asked about Ascendra’s long-term goals, Lim shared that their five-year plan includes forming an ecosystem where distributors can evolve into business owners.

“They can register their teams as formal entities, become suppliers, or launch side ventures like travel services or fintech solutions. We want them to build lasting value,” Lim shared.

Gonzales acknowledged skepticism around MLM and said public education is key to breaking stigma.

“We’re not chasing people anymore. We’re building something solid enough that people will want to join on their own,” Gonzales continued.

At present, Ascendra reports having 3,000 pre-enrolled members during its soft launch. Its official grand launch is set for January 2026.

Throughout the session, the team emphasized that their model is tech-ready, with plans to use AI-driven analytics and digital tools to help members monitor and grow their businesses.

“We’re here to rise together. That’s what Ascendra stands for,” Lim stated.
