SM Beauty holds fragrance festival at SM Mega Fashion Hall
I’ve always believed that finding the right scent is like finding a piece of yourself. So, when I heard about the Scentsorium Fragrance Fest at SM Mega Fashion Hall, I knew I had to experience it.
For five days (March 12 to 16), the place turned into a scent-filled wonderland where perfumes, astrology, and personal stories came together.
The event was hosted by Erika Kristensen, who welcomed everyone as we explored five days of discovering scents that matched our personality and zodiac sign. Tables filled with luxury and popular brands lined the hall. I saw names like Tom Ford, Estée Lauder, Clinique, Calvin Klein, Maison Margiela, and many more. There were also well-loved brands like Avon, Body Fantasies, Fresh, and Luxe Organix. It felt like walking through a giant perfume store where you could smell and try everything.
What made it special was how they connected the scents to the zodiac signs. As a water sign, I found myself drawn to soft floral scents filled with roses and white flowers—perfect for my emotional and romantic side. Meanwhile, fire signs like Aries and Leo were all about the strong spicy and sweet scents, showing off their bold energy. Air signs went for fresh citrus smells, while earth signs stayed with rich woody ones. It felt fun and personal, like every perfume told a story about who you are.
One of the things I enjoyed most was the tarot reading station. They had TheBlessedBhie from TikTok reading cards and suggesting scents based on our energy. It felt like the universe was picking a perfume just for me. After that, we had a chance to make our own bottles extra special. We could add our names or short messages through engraving, and if you spent P5,000, you got a custom-painted bottle. I watched as artists turned simple perfume bottles into little works of art.
Before leaving, I made sure to stop by the photo booth. It was a nice way to remember the experience—not just as a shopping trip, but as a personal journey to find the scent that felt like me.
