Landco Lifestyle Ventures (LLV), the hospitality arm of Landco Pacific Corp., has taken over the interim management of The Manor and Forest Lodge at Camp John Hay in Baguio City. The move is part of an effort to assist the Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) in transitioning the properties to a new private partner for long-term lease and management.

LLV, a subsidiary of Metro Pacific Investments Corp. chaired by  Manuel V. Pangilinan, will also oversee the CAP-John Hay Trade and Cultural Center during the transition period.

The company, which manages Landco’s master-planned resort estates—including the 15-hectare Calatagan South Beach (CaSoBe) in Batangas and the 23-hectare Club Laiya—will extend its operations to Camp John Hay’s legacy hotels. LLV is also set to manage the beachfront condotels The Spinnaker and The Nautilus for unit owners who opt into its rental pool.

Patrick “Pato” Gregorio, head of hospitality and lifestyle ventures at LLV, leads the new management team. Gregorio, a seasoned figure in hospitality and tourism, previously served as senior consultant for Landco Pacific.

“The heart for hospitality will continue to be at the core of each destination we operate, from Baguio to Batangas,” Gregorio said. “We are committed to providing distinctive and diverse leisure experiences that match the unique culture and attractions of each location.”

Gregorio brings extensive experience in tourism and sports leadership, having been the youngest general manager of the Manila Hotel and former president of Waterfront Hotels and Resorts. A Ten Outstanding Young Men (TOYM) awardee for tourism in 2003, he graduated cum laude from the University of the Philippines with a degree in tourism.

His background also includes key roles in Philippine sports, serving as chairman of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) during its 40th season and leading the Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas (SBP). He was also part of the delegation that oversaw the country’s participation in the 2024 Paris Olympics.

With Gregorio at the helm, LLV aims to bring high-quality guest experiences across its portfolio, strengthening Landco’s position as a leader in premium leisure and tourism.
