On Friday, Uniqlo unveiled its much-awaited 2024 Fall/Winter Collection in collaboration with Comptoir des Cotonniers.
Comptoir des Cotonniers was founded in 1995 and has since established a reputation for providing tasteful elegance and reasonably priced French style, all of which are accentuated by a trendy color scheme reminiscent of Paris.
Through the partnership, Uniqlo’s cutting-edge designs and Comptoir des Cotonniers’ timeless aesthetic are combined to create a collection that exudes comfort and style for fashion fans. For those wishing to add flair to their fall and winter ensembles, this collection is a must-see because it combines classic French tailoring with sporty features.
This season’s collection, themed “Sport & Couture,” underscores traditional French tailoring with an emphasis on comfort and natural materials. Key colors include navy, off-white, and trendy grey, complemented by terracotta accents.
For the first time, the collection incorporates Nanodesign technology, developed by Toray, which allows fibers to be designed at the nano level to replicate specific characteristics. This season’s offerings include a ruffled blouse that showcases a sleek luster and texture, making it suitable for layering or standalone wear.
The collection includes several items, such as the Cotton Blend Pointelle Sweater priced at P1,390, the Cotton Blend Sleeveless Sweater for P1,490, the Satin Frilled Long Sleeve Blouse at P1,990, and the Regular Straight Jeans also priced at P1,990.
