The Quezon City (QC) government on Friday announced that it has opened applications for Cohort 4 of its Startup QC Program – Professional Category, offering up to P1 million in equity-free grants to promising early-stage startups.
The initiative run by the said local government unit (LGU) aims to build a stronger innovation ecosystem while helping Filipino startups scale their impact. It is intended to sharpen business strategies and strengthen startups for long-term sustainability in both local and global markets.
Chosen participants will receive funding support, mentorship, capacity-building workshops, and access to a wide network of investors, incubators, and innovation stakeholders.
Eligible applicants must be early-stage startups with Philippine registration, scalable solutions, and demonstrable social or economic impact.
Applications are being accepted through the Quezon City eServices portal, which contains full guidelines and requirements.
Launched in 2022 under Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte’s leadership, Startup QC is a core part of the city’s effort to shape a future-ready, innovation-driven economy.
