TAGUIG City Mayor Laarni Cayetano led the launch of “TLC Heart Beats and Love at the Park” in an early celebration of Valentine’s Day.
According to Cayetano, this week-long celebration is not just a Valentine’s event; but also serves as a reminder that love is best expressed through acts of kindness, gratitude, and service to others.

“The love for the Lord is shown through our care and service to every Taguigeño. We will continue to demonstrate this through our programs and services,” she said.
The opening night kicked off on Monday with soulful performances from the Luna Band and bossa nova legend Sitti, setting a heart-warming tone for the festivities.
