After the incessant rains brought about by the southwest monsoon (habagat) battered Metro Manila, Quezon City 4th District Councilor Hero Bautista distributed 600 relief packs containing basic food essentials such as sugar, rice, coffee, canned goods, bread, and flour to residents displaced by heavy flooding. Bautista and his staff also visited NIA Road to feed 100 families with arroz caldo and porridge.
