Armand Arevalo, Transportation Undersecretary Jeremy Regino, Japan International Cooperation Agency country representative Takema Sakjamoto, and Japanese Embassy Economic Minister Daosuke Nehei lead the commissioning of a huge tunnel boring machine for the Metro Manila Subway Project Contract Package 103 at the Camp Aguinaldo Station.
