Mrs. Sara Malinay, president of Golden State Colleges, doesn’t have to wear a Santa costume to give away gifts to some 50 cancer survivors, and food packages to around 5,000 well-wishers who came to her birthday bash last Dec. 14 in Gen. Santos City.
