Santa Rosa Mayor Arlene Arcillas and Vice Mayor Arnold Arcillas inaugurate the SRMTC-Honda Training Center on March 27, 2026. The new facility is part of the Santa Rosa Manpower Training Center and aims to strengthen technical skills development in the city. The center is a partnership between the city government of Santa Rosa and Honda Philippines Inc. it will provide a motorcycle training course for individuals seeking theoretical knowledge and practical expertise in motorcycle servicing and maintenance.
