Rep. Caoagdan and DOST SOCCSKSARGEN Regional Director Sammy Malawan met with DOST Secretary Renato Solidum Jr., Regional Operations Undersecretary Sancho Mabborang, Countryside Development Assistant Secretary Maria Teresa De Guzman, and Annabelle Briones, executive director of the Industrial Technology Development Institute, to discuss potential collaborations for coconut processing and cattle production in Cotabato.
