Philippine Red Cross (PRC) chairman and chief executive Richard Gordon holds the PRC’s ‘Safe Card’ during a press conference on Jan. 7, 2026 at their main office in Mandaluyong City. The card holder will be entitled for a free Ambulance, free 1 blood bag, P300,000 accidental death disablement and dismemberment. P300,000 unprovoked murder and assault, P10,000 accident-related medical reimbursement, P5,000 accident-related burial assistance and P200 daily hospital allowance (maximum of 60 days) for annual registration fee of P1,200.
