The Armed Forces of the Philippines welcomes the BRP Diego Silang the Navy’s newest guided-missile frigate, in a ceremony at the Naval Operating Base in Subic, Zambales. On hand for the auspicious occasion are AFP chief Gen. Romeo Brawner Jr., Navy flag officer-in-command Vice Adm. Jose Ma. Ambrosio Ezpeleta, and Capt. John Percie Alcos, skipper of the new vessel.
