The Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Region I takes part in the Negosyo Learning Series 2025, a capacity-building initiative by the city government of San Fernando, La Union at the La Union Trade Center. Representing DOST Region I are science research specialist II Justin Madrid and Carla Joyce Cajala who were invited as resource speakers during the event. Madrid presented his expertise on digital marketing and e-commerce, while Cajala delivered an engaged and experience-based presentation on social media marketing and management.
