Santiago presents to the media Korean fugitive Jang Seong Woong, who was arrested by agents of the NBI–Organized and Transnational Crime Division (NBI-OTCD) in Pasay City on Friday, May 22, 2025. Jang, wanted in South Korea for kidnapping and serious physical injury, had been overstaying in the Philippines since 2020.
