DENR Secretary Maria Antonia Yulo Loyzaga is joined by girl scouts holding dolls representing six critically endangered species native to the Philippines: the dugong, Philippine eagle, pawikan, pangolin, Philippine cockatoo, and tamaraw during the “Save from Extinction” campaign event yesterday at the SM Mall of Asia Main Mall Atrium on Friday. With Loyzaga are Manila Bulletin President, Dr. Emilio C. Yap III; Hans Sy, Chairman of the Executive Committee of SM Prime; Steven Tan, SM Supermalls President; Hanna Carina Sy, Assistant Vice president for marketing at SM Supermalls, as well as representatives from various non-government organizations dedicated to preserving endangered wildlife.
