The Commission on Elections (Comelec) conducted the Final Testing and Sealing (FTS) of the Automated Counting Machines (ACMs) yesterday at the Pateros Elementary School in Pateros, Metro Manila. The activity was led by Comelec Chairman George Garcia and attended by teachers who will serve on the Electoral Board, as well as DESO technical support staff who observed the FTS process.
