Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Secretary Amenah Pangandaman meets with National Food Authority (NFA) administrator Larry del Rosario Lacson on April 24, 2025 at the DBM Central Office. The NFA discussed its proposal for 2026 budget, which includes the implementation of the compensation and position classification system (CPCS) in accordance with Executive Order No. 150. As a government-owned or -controlled corporation (GOCC), the NFA was authorized by the Governance Commission for GOCCs (GCG) to implement the CPCS for its personnel services.
