Japanese Ambassador to the Philippines Endo Kazuya (left) signs a contract with the Japanese non-governmental organization (NGO) Ikaw-Ako for the third phase of the project ‘Construction of Rainwater Tanks to Provide Safe Water Supply and Sanitary Education to Prevent Infectious Diseases in Bohol with Frequent Droughts.’ The total grant amounting to $149,612 is supported under the Grant Assistance for Japanese NGO Projects.
