A stamp collector shows old stamps featuring the late Pope Francis during the opening of the three-day National Philatelic Exhibition and competition at the Lucky Chinatown Mall in Divisoria Market on Wednesday. These old Pope stamps, released by the Philippine Postal Corporation (PHLPost), were referred to as a “block of four” to commemorate Pope Francis’s visit to the Philippines.
