Secretary Ivan John Uy (third from right) represents the Department of Information and Communications Technology during the signing of memoranda of agreement and non-disclosure agreements with the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) and Department of Science and Technology (DOST) on March 4, 2025 at the COMELEC main office in Intramuros, Manila. The agreements aim to bolster election security through the establishment of technical hubs for configuring Automated Counting Machine (ACM) and hosting online information services.
