To kick off the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos-Klosters, Switzerland, the Philippine delegation led by Finance Secretary Ralph Recto (center), convenes for a briefing with WEF representatives on Jan. 20, 2025. The briefing served as a preparatory meeting for the Philippine delegation consisting of high-level representatives from the government and the private sector. Joining Recto during the briefing are House Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez, Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Secretary Ma. Cristina A. Roque, Ambassador and Philippine Permanent Representative to the World Trade Organization (WTO) Manuel Antonio Teehankee and Philippine Ambassador to Switzerland Bernard Faustino Dy.
