Mayor Honey Lacuna-Pangan and Vice Mayor Yul Servo Nieto reach out to the fire victims in Isla Puting Bato in Tondo and Dos Castillas in Sampaloc districts to offer sympathy and assistance to ease the victims’ plight after losing their homes and pieces of property. Nearly 2,000 families were left homeless by the fire that swept Isla Puting Bato and Dos Castillas Street on Monday.
