Department of Budget and Management Secretary and Philippine Open Government Partnership (PH-OGP) chairperson Amenah Pangandaman leads the 3rd quarterly meeting of the PH-OGP Steering Committee in Pampanga on Nov. 15, 2024. Pangandaman discussed the country’s achievements on open governance since the last quarterly meeting of the committee, including the enactment of the New Government Procurement Act (NGPA), the commencement of the country’s membership in the OGP Global Steering Committee and the launch of the Public Financial Management (PFM) Reforms Roadmap.
