Human rights lawyer Chel Diokno holds an affidavit with Janus Munar, a teacher who shared a video of a traffic jam along Commonwealth Avenue reportedly due to the convoy of Vice President Sara Duterte. Munar filed the counter-affidavit asking to dismiss the complaint against him for violating Article 154 of the Revised Penal Code, also known as the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012, filed by the police.
