Eleven 09 Construction Supplies Trading president and chief executive Susana Oca and Korean businessman Kim Jaewon sign a comprehensive memorandum of agreement to acquire mining rights and sales rights for nickel ore. Under the MOA, the two parties will establish a mutually-beneficial and productive relationship and other conditions concerning the agreement.
