After two year of the festival being cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic, the Dinagyang Festival honoring the Sto. Nino pushed through this 2023, with a procession and fluvial parade scheduled on January 20, and a Mardi Gra on 21. A concelebrated Mass for the Feast of Sto. Nino will be held on Sunday, January 22, and a Dinagyang sa Barangay Tribes Competition will also be held on Sunday.
