Biñan Mayor Arman Dimaguila and members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod visit the bridges being built in Brgy. Dela Paz and Brgy. Malaban. These bridges are placed in low-lying parts of the city that still experience flooding. The Biñan LGU also distributed free soya milk and bread.
